We made it to the east side of our lake today. It was such a beautiful spring day. I wasn't sure my dog could do this long walk, but she was a trooper. I ensured she got some water along the way, and when we left. We walked a total of 6.15km today.

Day 9—My Daily Vlog—Walk and Talk with my Dog—Grateful for Another Day

Grateful to wake up this morning to enjoy another day. I drove to Pickering for an in-person stepping class with The Power of Step (TPOS). It's worth the drive to Pickering. There are so many reasons why I enjoy stepping with TPOS. The combination of the music, the moves, the instructors, and the sisterhood, to name a few. Music has always been my go-to for stress relief, and adding physical movement is even more beneficial.
